INVENTORS
For this
activity you will research an inventor related to Technology
Education. With the research you gather, you will create
a web page. Use the list of Inventors and select
a person to research. If you have another person in
mind that you do not see on the list, see Mr. Whitman to have
the name approved before you start researching.

before beginning your work. Below is a list of requirements
for each web page. When researching your topic be sure
to gather all the information listed. The information
should be complete and accurate. Try and make your web
page fun and interesting to browse. Interesting facts
or neat pictures will also enhance your web page. Use
the following link if you need help starting a web page:
HOW
TO MAKE A WEB PAGE
- Full name of
the inventor (5 points)
- Born date and
death date (5
points)
- A time line
of important events in the person's life (5
points)
- The device(s)
or techniques(s) he/she invented (5
points)
- 1-2 paragraph
biography of the inventor (10 points)
- A photo of the
inventor (10 points)
- At least 3 links
to related topics on the web (30 points)
- A complete and
accurate bibliography (10 points)
- Use of color,
fonts, styles, etc. (10 points)
- Addition of
graphics, background colors or images, buttons, extra
pictures, extra links, etc. (10 points)

be the exact same topic as your web page. Try to find
links that will explain difficult terms clearer, show an illustration
of something, further explain something, or information about
related topics. Spend some time surfing the web, you
should be able to find some fun links to add to your web page.
